Welcome to Hot Yoga Wellington – a buzzy, central hot yoga studio with over 30 classes a week of Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga or Power Vinyasa Yoga.
For first time hot yogi's we offer a weekly package of just $35. Come and try as many classes as you like for a week, including mat hire.
It's the perfect way to try out our different classes, find out what suits you and get to know our teachers and beautiful studio environment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to register and meet your instructor before your first class.
New Timetable for 2015!Starting February 1stThe major changes we would like you to note is our PV class on Tuesday night will be starting at 6pm and our Saturday PV at 9am, both these classes will be 90 mins.After discussions between the teachers the Hot-Yin classes will now be called Yin-Yang. This is a creative class of standing and floor postures. Bringing together the elements of breathe,movement and stillness.Please check out our classes page weekly for any changes and for who will be guiding you on the mat. We are always open to your thoughts so let us know how the timetable is working for you.
Pregnancy Workshop22nd February,

How It Works
Over the 6 week course we will take you on a journey of discovery, practising not only specialised yoga postures suitable for pregnancy but also learning helpful breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques. These Prenatal yoga classes are gentle and safe for all women with adjustments made for each trimester. So whether you’re new to yoga or have years of experience this class will be suitable for you.

Claire has been teaching at Hot Yoga Wellington since she graduated from the Wellington Studio’s first training back in 2009. Since then she has taught many different styles of yoga including Children’s and Prenatal classes around the greater Wellington region. In 2014 she completed a 100hr Yoga Alliance recognised Pre & Postnatal training with Bliss Baby Yoga based in Australia.
The 40 Day Challenge 20159th March - 17th April
How It Works:
Complete 5 classes a week with a 5-minute quiet meditation each session for 40 days. (Or 30 sessions in 40 days, which ever comes first.)
A daily green smoothie is recommended.
Hydrate well. Prepare to do a lot of laundry. Enjoy the community spirit and fun of it all.
The Reward: Look forward to a healthy period of self-growth on physical, mental and emotional levels. Hot yogis who complete The 40-Day New Year Challenge receive a voucher for a week of unlimited hot yoga at no charge, or the same in extension to their current year membership or package.
