Welcome to Hot Yoga Wellington – a buzzy, central hot yoga studio with over 30 classes a week of Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga or Power Vinyasa Yoga.
For first time hot yogi's we offer a weekly package of just $35. Come and try as many classes as you like for a week, including mat hire.
It's the perfect way to try out our different classes, find out what suits you and get to know our teachers and beautiful studio environment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to register and meet your instructor before your first class.
Valentine’s Day Partner ClassFriday 13th February

Usually our Friday 6pm Happy Hour class is where we encourage you to introduce your friends to yoga. On this Friday before Valentines Day, it’s more about yoga introducing you to your friends! The word “yoga” roughly translates to “union” and in this class we will surely learn to unite as one, because there may be 2 or 3 or ALL of the students involved in the same pose at the same time.
Note that this is NOT an acroyoga class, so no fear of lift off, but instead a fun partner yoga class, made even nicer by tossing in some elements of Thai Massage. The class will not be heated but plan on getting hot and sweaty!
No extra cost for this class, just be sure to sign up in advance with a partner or friend as we will limit it to 32 folks.
Teeki Trunk Show18th February 11am-6pm

This is yoga fashion but with an eco-conscious twist. They take water bottles and turn them into clothes, giving them purpose again through an eco-friendly process.

New Zealand is home to some of the world’s most notable adventurers, so come join us in this 2-hour exploratory vinyasa class. The creative world of Power Vinyasa is always ripe for new discoveries, and we will play with many advanced postures and clever transitions to move from pose to pose.

How It Works Prepare for a life-changing fortnight as you progress through this 4-class course easing your way to new health – body – mind and spirit. You’ll learn basic breathing techniques, followed by standing series poses and finally floor poses. The heat is gradually increased over the 4 sessions!
Hydrate well. Prepare yourself for some fun and the chance to meet new people. Come and enjoy the community spirit and fun of it all.

Pregnancy Workshop22nd February,

How It Works
Over the 6 week course we will take you on a journey of discovery, practising not only specialised yoga postures suitable for pregnancy but also learning helpful breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques. These Prenatal yoga classes are gentle and safe for all women with adjustments made for each trimester. So whether you’re new to yoga or have years of experience this class will be suitable for you.

Claire has been teaching at Hot Yoga Wellington since she graduated from the Wellington Studio’s first training back in 2009. Since then she has taught many different styles of yoga including Children’s and Prenatal classes around the greater Wellington region. In 2014 she completed a 100hr Yoga Alliance recognised Pre & Postnatal training with Bliss Baby Yoga based in Australia.
